Puppetry --The Analysis of PERCLIPS (PCLP) Menswear Designer Brand
PERCLIPS (referred to as “PCLP”) is an independent designer brand founded in 2018 in Guangzhou by the principal and founder Kray. The original idea of PERCLIPS came from the English word “paperclip”. PERCLIPS extremely disagrees with the exaggerated characteristics of fashion circle in China, and does not approve the products with large-scale printings or without any tailoring design. In order to explore and develop products that can highlight personal characteristics, PERCLIPS uses different pattern combinations and color collocations experimentally to break the conventional redesign based on minimalism and figure out more possibilities. These attempts make its products reflect modern minimalism while becoming more structured, producing the clothing items suitable for young fashion enthusiasts.
