    Pitti Uomo -- The Analysis of the Florence Menswear Fair

    From January 9th to 12th, the 105th Pitti Uomo Florence Men's Wear Exhibition will be held at the Fortezza da Basso exhibition center. The theme of this exhibition is "time", hoping to explore the significance of time for fashion and present a more international lineup. Giuliana Parabiago, marketing consultant at Pitti Immage, explains that fashion is sometimes a fast-paced capsule series and collaborations, while at other times it is iconic items that require time to polish and more timeless luxury classics. This exhibition will continue the previous five exhibition areas of Fantastic Classic, Futuro Maschile, Dynamic Attention, Superstyling, and I GO OUT, presenting contemporary menswear, classic style, mainstream collection, sports street, and outdoor brands respectively.

    From June 13th to 16th, the 104th edition of Pitti Uomo, the Florence Men's Fashion Exhibition, took place at the Fortezza da Basso exhibition center! A total of 825 men's fashion and lifestyle brands participated in this edition of Pitti Uomo, surpassing the previous 789 brands, with 43% of the brands coming from countries other than Italy. The theme of this year's exhibition was "Pitti Games", referring to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that is full of challenges and creativity, synonymous with energy, commitment, and the desire for success. The Pitti Immagine organizing committee imagined the Florence exhibition center as a "big gambling table" where people can enjoy themselves and experience the thrill of taking risks.

    The 103rd edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo ended in Florence (10-13 January 2023) with almost 800 men's fashion, lifestyle and genderless collections at the Fortezza da Basso, an increasingly evolved exhibition layout and new sections like PITTIPETS and The SIGN. Plus the special events in other venues around the city: from the Martine Rose catwalk show at the Loggia del Porcellino to the Jan-Jan Van Essche show in the Santa Maria Novella Complex, together with all the other scheduled presentations and events that met with great approval from the press, buyers and guests who traveled specially to Florence.
