In order to avoid cultural appropriation, Pharrell Williams collaborated with artists from the Dakota and Lakota tribes, involving them in accessory design. The background music also came from Native Americans. American Street Fashion -- The Analysis of Off-White The Womenswear Designer Brand
Off-White is a streetwear brand founded by American designer Virgil Abloh in 2013. Abloh, who holds a Master's degree in Architecture, is also a renowned DJ and the creative director for Kanye West, as well as the head of Louis Vuitton's menswear division. Off-White's greatest strength lies in its continuous innovation. At its inception, the brand's iconic logo consisted of bold letters combined with diagonal zebra stripes or a square "X" element. The avant-garde and fun details in its designs exude a strong sense of fashion. The brand's 2023 autumn/winter collection, named "Lunar Delivery," recreates the lunar landscape in its setting, while incorporating a significant amount of African ethnic styles inspired by Abloh's childhood in Sierra Leone, his education in Central Saint Martins, and the brand's own DNA. Pharrell Williams set a high standard for this fashion week by hosting Louis Vuitton's first-ever three-hour fashion show with unparalleled scale and grandeur. Hermes juxtaposed a solid architectural structure with the lightweight texture of their collection, while KENZO connected clothing with architectural aesthetics and the relationship between individuals and the times, thus reshaping the brand's new image. By deconstructing traditional concepts and blurring gender boundaries, designers combined classic elements from the brand's history with the current popular context to create a fresh aesthetic in their clothing.

The Menswear Runway Analysis of Louis Vuitton
Love and light are key elements throughout the entire Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2024 Collection, with the sun as the focal point of the design. The sun is seen as an important source that nurtures all things, inspiring, healing, and uniting people from different cultural backgrounds and beliefs. The men's fashion show took place on the oldest bridge in Paris. Pharrell Williams continues the legacy of former design legend Virgil Abloh, infusing his own understanding of fashion trends into all products: the collision of American street style and French luxury craftsmanship, new graphic and text designs, the fusion of the classic Damier checkerboard pattern with an 8-bit pixel style to create a new camouflage, all embodying Louis Vuitton's mission to spread and pay tribute to the rich culture created by humanity.

Code Sharing -- The Runway Analysis of OFF-WHITE
Virgil Abloh was fashion’s most frequent flyer, a multi-hyphenate creative director, DJ, architect, serial collaborator, and amplifier for the voices of the Black community. The man was not earthbound. So it makes a sort of sense that since his sudden passing last November we’ve been visited by a drone kite and runway angels. A ride on “Spaceship Earth,” as it was called. Among the passengers: Rihanna and A$AP Rocky, Idris and Sabrina Elba, Pharrell Williams and his family, the CEOs of Louis Vuitton and New Guards Group, and a who’s who of designers including Jonathan Anderson, Olivier Rousteing, Matthew Williams, Guram Gvasalia, and Jerry Lorenzo.

S/S 2022 Paris Menswear Fashion Week was held from June 22th to 28th. Most brands still released their latest collections online. Meanwhile, the classic French fashion house Courrèges(founded in 1961) will also return with the first collection of its new creative director Nicolas Di Felice. Dior's cactus garden, Loewe's disco look and the beaches of Rick Owens and Lanvin compose the hedonistic atmosphere of 2022 spring.

Amen Break -- The Menswear Runway Analysis of Louis Vuitton
The seventh collection of Virgil Abloh for Louis Vuitton was named after the classic song of The Winstons -- Amen Break. This mysterious, isolated and weird atmosphere creates a dystopia future, especially reflecting the historical track of Black art and culture. Except for the performance of multiple African artists and hip-pop music, the clothing of this collection also presents the unique personality. Oriental belted element, draped dress hem and athleisure baseball sportswear present intensive visual impact. These bright and eye-catching colors bring us a fashion feast.
